Attire
California Chic is a versatile balance between formal and casual. Please note the event will take place outside on the grass. While there will be heat lamps, we recommend that you dress warmly. 

COVID-19 & Vaccination Status
Homecoming will take place outdoors. Mirman School will require masks and proof of vaccination. All adults visiting Mirman School are required to show proof of a completed vaccination for COVID-19.

Please bring your vaccination card with you along with photo identification. All ticketed guests and any guests wishing to purchase tickets at the door will be required to present proof of vaccination and check in with security before entering campus.

Tickets at the Door
A limited number of tickets will be available at the door.

Ride Sharing
We recommend using your favorite ride-sharing service so you can freely enjoy yourself.

Parking 
Parking for Homecoming will be in the West Lot (on the south side of Mulholland). Please park and enter the event through the back gate.

Silent & Live Auction 
To view auction items, please visit mirman.org/gala. The live auction will take place and conclude at the event on November 6, while the silent auction will continue and close on Sunday, November 7, at 10:00 p.m.

If you are unable to attend Homecoming and would like to bid on one of the live auction items, you can do so via proxy. Click here for the Proxy Form. Please fill out the form and email us no later than 5:00 p.m. tonight, Friday, November 5.

Auction Item Pick Up
Auction winners will be able to pick up their silent and live auction items on Tuesday, November 9 and Wednesday, November 10, from 8:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at the Security desk. Should you need assistance coordinating item pick-up, please email us to arrange an alternate plan.

Seating
Seating for the event will be open. However, based on your RSVPs for the evening, we will have a number of tables labeled by grade level for those who prefer to sit with parents/guardians in a specific grade.
