Raised to the power of Mirman

Strategy 2:

Championing Highly Gifted Education

Define the space. Lead the Field. Advance Practice.

Our Goal:

Mirman will be a national model for gifted education where every student feels deeply known, challenged, and supported as a highly gifted learner and graduates with a strong sense of identity, belonging, and purpose.

Strategic Initiatives:

  1. Provide faculty professional development around best practices for highly gifted learners
  2. Launch the Mirman Center for Gifted Education, a research and training center to provide opportunities for internal growth and external impact
  3. Establish Mirman as the thought leader in gifted education through original research, published papers, and conference presentations.
  4. Create systems to better understand and serve our students using cutting edge technology, including AI
This Strategic Plan represents the diligent work of a dedicated team of educators, administrators, Trustees, parents, alumni parents, and students. This team conducted interviews, led think tanks and workshops, and thoughtfully crafted the text within these pages. The plan was also made possible by the guidance of Greg Bamford of Leadership and Design.
