Parking, Filming, and Event Rentals

Mirman School has paved space available for organizations to rent for parking, filming, production basecamps, equipment staging, events, valet, or other purposes. The lots are adjacent to Mirman School at 16190 Mulholland Drive and can provide an easily coordinated and accessed solution.

Available Space:

  • Lot 1 — 211 cars, available Saturdays only

  • Lot 2 — 166 cars 

  • Lot 3 — 100+ cars, open space perfect for basecamp

Secure Your Reservation

Payment Policies

  • Bookings within 30 days of event/use:

    100% full payment is required at time of booking to secure the reservation.

  • Bookings more than 30 days out:

    A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 15 days prior to the event/use date.

  • Large production or multi-day rentals:

    For larger production uses or multi-day rentals, a credit card hold/authorization may be required.

Booking Process

Booking Confirmation Requirements

To officially confirm and lock in the lot reservation, all three of the following items must be received:

  • Sign Agreement

    Fully executed Location Use Agreement signed by the client. 

  • Insurance

    Compliant Certificate of Insurance (COI) on file. The COI guidelines must name Mirman School as additionally insured for both General Liability and Automobile Liability. The Description of Operations should name Mirman as an additional insured and loss payee on a primary and non-contributory basis for General Liability and Automobile Liability. 

  • Finalize

    Security deposit/payment (full payment if rental date is within 30 days). If 31+ days, the reservation will be held with a $1,000 security deposit.
