Our Goal:

Cultivate a mission‑aligned, exceptionally skilled, and well‑supported Mirman Staffulty by elevating the educator experience through a “Mirman Standard” of professional development in gifted teaching — one that honors professional autonomy, informs student differentiation, supports physical and mental wellness, and nurtures a strong sense of community and belonging.

Strategic Initiatives:

  1. Invest in faculty growth through clear career pathways and ongoing professional development
  2. Evolve compensation and human resources practices to sustain and attract excellence
  3. Strengthen trust through transparent communication, feedback, and shared responsibility
  4. Cultivate a connected, mission-aligned adult community as distinguished by deep trust, shared purpose and a collective commitment to serving highly gifted students
This Strategic Plan represents the diligent work of a dedicated team of educators, administrators, Trustees, parents, alumni parents, and students. This team conducted interviews, led think tanks and workshops, and thoughtfully crafted the text within these pages. The plan was also made possible by the guidance of Greg Bamford of Leadership and Design.
