Strategy 5:

A Campus for the Future

Design with Purpose. Invest in Possibility. Build for Generations.

Our Goal:

Develop a unified 14-acre campus that advances a best-in-class educational experience for highly gifted students and provides the spaces, resources, and infrastructure necessary to support transformative learning experiences, inclusive excellence and deep belonging, and exceptional educators.

Strategic Initiatives:

  1. Develop a comprehensive, long-term campus master plan aligned with the strategic vision
  2. Design a multi-year fundraising strategy to support campus development and future capital campaigns
  3. Maintain financial stability and responsible stewardship throughout campus expansion
  4. Evaluate enrollment strategy and current conditional use permitting to determine the highest and best use of the new property
  5. Create a sustainable long-term financial model that supports the successful implementation of the strategic plan
This Strategic Plan represents the diligent work of a dedicated team of educators, administrators, Trustees, parents, alumni parents, and students. This team conducted interviews, led think tanks and workshops, and thoughtfully crafted the text within these pages. The plan was also made possible by the guidance of Greg Bamford of Leadership and Design.
